Reply Categories
All incoming replies are automatically classified into categories:| Category | Description | AI Response |

| Not Interested | Polite declines | No |

| Bounce | Undeliverable emails | No |
AI only generates draft responses for positive categories (Interested, Meeting Request, Question). This ensures your AI reply credits are used efficiently.
Reply Status
Each reply has a status that tracks where it is in your workflow:- Pending - New replies awaiting action
- Ready - Replies with AI-generated drafts ready to send
- Sent - Replies you’ve responded to
- Archived - Replies you’ve dealt with and hidden from view
Filtering & Sorting
Use the filters at the top of your inbox to find specific replies:Available Filters

Filter by reply status to focus on what needs attention:
- Pending: See replies that need action
- Ready: See replies with drafts ready to send
- Sent: Review past conversations
- Archived: Access archived replies

- View only interested leads
- See meeting requests
- Review questions that need answers

If you manage multiple clients, filter to see replies for a specific client only.

Search by email address, name, or subject line to find specific conversations.
Working with Replies
Viewing a Reply
Click on any reply in your inbox to open the detail panel. You’ll see:- Thread History: The full conversation thread
- Contact Info: Lead’s email and name
- Category Badge: Current classification
- AI Draft: Generated response (for positive replies)
Changing Categories
If a reply is misclassified, you can manually change its category:- Open the reply detail panel
- Click the category dropdown
- Select the correct category
Archiving Replies
Archive replies you’ve dealt with to keep your inbox clean and focused.How to Archive
- Open a reply
- Click the Archive button
- The reply moves to the archived status
Viewing Archived Replies
Archived replies are hidden from the default view but can be accessed anytime:- Click the Status filter
- Select Archived
- All archived replies will appear
