Inviting Team Members

Go to Team Settings
Navigate to Settings → Team in the sidebar.

Send an invitation
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select their role (Admin or Member)
- Click Send Invite

Team member accepts
They’ll receive an email with a link to join your workspace. Once accepted, they can log in and start working.
Invited users can accept the invitation and create an account, or join with an existing Replyify account.
Roles & Permissions
Owner
The workspace creator with full administrative access. Permissions:- All Admin permissions
- Delete workspace
- Transfer ownership
- Access billing and payments
Admin
Full access to manage the workspace and team. Permissions:- View and respond to all replies
- Manage clients and connections
- Invite and remove team members
- Change member roles
- Access all settings
- Cannot access billing or delete workspace
Member
Standard team member access for day-to-day work. Permissions:- View and respond to replies
- Manage connections
- View clients (read-only)
- View analytics
- Invite team members
- Change settings
- Access billing
- Delete data
Managing Team Members
Changing Roles
Admins and owners can change team member roles:- Go to Settings → Team
- Find the team member
- Click the role dropdown
- Select the new role
Removing Members
To remove a team member:- Go to Settings → Team
- Find the team member
- Click Remove
- Confirm the removal
Removed members lose access immediately. Any work they did (sent replies, etc.) remains in the system.
Pending Invitations
Viewing Invitations
See pending invitations in Settings → Team. Each invitation shows:- Email address
- Role assigned
- Date sent
- Status (pending/accepted)
Resending Invitations
If an invitation expired or was lost:- Find the pending invitation
- Click Resend
- A new invitation email is sent
Canceling Invitations
To cancel a pending invitation:- Find the invitation in the list
- Click Cancel
- The invitation link becomes invalid

- Regular audits: Review team members quarterly
- Role minimization: Give the least access needed
- Remove promptly: Remove members who leave immediately
- Owner backup: Consider having a trusted Admin who could take over
Multiple Workspaces
Team members can belong to multiple workspaces:- Each workspace has separate settings and data
- Switch between workspaces using the workspace selector
- Roles are workspace-specific (Admin in one, Member in another)
